SHIPPING:

We currently ship within the United States Only

All our products are shipped from Fountain Inn, SC.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation in your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. You will receive another notification with tracking information once we ship your purchased items.

Most in stock items ship out the next business day. However, Please allow 5-7 business days after placing your order. Also, please note that transit times vary and could take longer.

LOST PACKAGE:

El Refugio Homestead is not responsible for lost packages. You will need to file a claim with the carrier and resolve your issue with them in the event that this should ever occur.

 

DAMAGED ITEM:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s), upon receiving your order. We work very hard to make sure your items are shipped with care. However, if you should ever receive a damaged item, please follow the below instructions.

1. Contact us immediately(within 24 hours of delivery).

2. Take pictures of the damaged items within 24 hours and send photos to info@elrefugiohomestead.com. We will contact you within 24-48 business hours.

3. We will make sure you receive a replacement or exchange when possible if the item is received damaged.

***Extremely important that you save original Damaged item, original packaging & packaging material when you contact us immediately.***
